Please note that certain products or categories of products are not eligible for return. (For eg - customized, one-of-a-kind, or imported are not eligible for return). Each product’s return eligibility is clearly mentioned on the individual product page.
In all cases where your product delivered is incorrect, broken, defective, or damaged, we'll be happy to initiate a return for you.

Record your request
To record your request, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it. All you need to do is share photos/videos of the product(s) you wish to return and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with all relevant details.
For a hassle-free return process, we encourage you to click a picture of the box when it arrives and shoot a video of you unboxing it.
Upon receiving your request for a return, our team will swiftly evaluate your request and initiate the return process within 5 business days. We understand that a timely process of returns is crucial, and we strive to process them as quickly as possible.
Once verified, our team will reach out to you with the return details and simple instructions on how to pack and send the product back to us.
Please be sure to pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is unused, and that all tags, bar codes, and invoice slips are intact. Without a prior return request, we won't be able to accept any items sent back to us.
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. No worries! If you return a product eligible for return due to a change of mind, we will issue a one time coupon that you can use towards the purchase of any item during checkout. Please note that any shipping fees paid when placing the original order will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note only items eligible for return would be exchanged. Please refer to the individual product pages to check its return eligibility.
If your product has arrived broken, damaged or defective, you have an option to either avail a coupon of the same price or request the refund in the original mode of payment used. The refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within a period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product.

Cancellation & Refund Process
We want canceling to be a breeze for you. Just remember, once the wheels are in motion, canceling becomes a bit tricky.
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
- You have the option to cancel your order as long as the product has not been dispatched. If you decide to cancel before the dispatch, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on 9773331033.
2. Once the dispatch process has been initiated, cancellation of the order is no longer possible. At this point, the order is in transit and cannot be canceled. Please note that once the product is dispatched, it will be delivered to the specified address.
3. Immediate Cancellation : If you wish to cancel your order, you can submit a cancellation request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving your cancellation request, your order will be immediately canceled. This means that the delivery process will be stopped, and your order will not reach you.
Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the refund process will be initiated promptly. Within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation, you can expect the refund to be processed.
